If Parents do NOT have Portal Access, they will need to visit ANY school their student(s) attend. It is NOT necessary to register at each school.

Effective September 16, 2013, the Clark County School District will no longer accept requests for records or transcripts from K-12 institutions by mail or facsimile. All requests for student records from K-12 institutions must be made through our online system and will be processed by our Student Data Services Department.
Please resubmit your request at https://clarknv.scriborder.com/ and allow 10 days for processing.

We do not schedule appts; registration will be on a first come, first served basis.
The Registrar's Office, located in the Main Office, is in charge of all student enrollment and withdrawal activities.
Please keep in mind that the Registrar's Office must keep track of over 2600 students. Please be patient. There may be times when parents and students will have to wait their turn.
Being prepared will streamline the process for everyone.
Required Enrollment Documents
NOTE: The school cannot register your student for the bus. This MUST be done through the Transportation website, or by calling 799-8100.
If your child is transferring from one Clark County school to another (within our district), you will need to provide the transfer papers from the school of withdrawal together with proof of residential address and parent/guardian photo ID to complete your child's registration.
Transportation is provided to all students who live more than two (2) miles from their zoned school. For more information regarding transportation for your child, please call 799-8111, the Transportation Department.
Withdrawing your child from school . . .
Parent/Guardian must fill out a withdrawal request form located in the Main Office.
Parent’s photo identification is required to withdraw a student from school.
The student must remain in school one (1) entire day to go through the withdrawal requirements.
Classroom books must be turned in to all teachers.
Library books must be turned in to the library before withdrawal can be completed.
The completed pupil release and transfer form will be given to the student to take home at the end of the school day. Parents will need to take the necessary documents to enroll the student in another CCSD school.
